Hi, I'm Michael, I help professionals prioritise & transform their health.

I'm a Health Coach and Exercise Physiologist with more than 8 years experience in guiding my clients towards sustainable behaviours that result in improved performance at work and greater satisfaction in life.

I've done this work across corporate and clinical settings, with people from all walks of life.

I've also personally experienced and overcome many challenges in my health and career, and I can promise you there is a better way forward!

I'm an Exercise Physiologist, 



I help people overcome adversity & create wellbeing, so they can return to work & life.

Through working with thousands of people I've discovered that the average person tends to be passive where it counts most, especially when there are emergencies or challenges in life.

That's why I'm committed to showing people just like you how to be proactive in life, work and health, to create the results you truly desire.

Health coaching will support and encourage you to be proactive with your recovery and wellbeing, and provide a way to navigate the challenging and often confusing journey from where you are today, to where you want to be.

I already exercise, do I need to do everything?

That's great you already exercise, but each of the 5 aspects of the MODEL work together to lead to better results than any individual aspect alone.

Can we do the sessions in person?

Absolutely! I'm based in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, Australia and can be available to do this program in person. Just contact me and we can discuss the details.
