I'm an Exercise Physiologist with 7 years experience in clinical and corporate settings, using exercise as medicine to treat chronic disease and ensure healthy ageing.

I'm also a passionate Health Coach, guiding my clients towards sustainable health behaviours that result in improved performance at work and greater satisfaction in life.

I've delivered hundreds of exercise classes, managed corporate wellness programs of 10,000+ people, written more than 500 articles on exercise, nutrition, chronic disease, and more.
